Debra Smallman has over 20 years of media experience in both traditional and digital. Debra worked at media agency Quantum Media in NY, SF and LA starting her career as Account Executive and working her way to Senior VP/Business Development & Media Services. In addition, she spent several years at full service agency LVL Advertising as VP/Media Services. Following that was VP/Business Development & Media Services at Keane Interactive, a full service interactive agency. In the past 15 years she developed and runs Kaberg Consulting (www.kabergconsulting.com) providing strategic consultation to numerous agencies and clients across a variety of industries and demographics.
